My computer will not dial
Windows 95/98/ME
- Click Start - Settings - Control Panel
- Double Click on Internet Options
- Click the Connections tab
- Click in the circle next to 'Always dial my default connection'
- Click OK at the bottom and close the Control Panel
- Open your Internet Explorer and the Connect To screen should open

Windows XP
- Click Start - Control Panel
- If the background of your Control Panel is blue, in the upper left corner click the line that say 'switch to Classic View' (go to step 4)
- If the background of your Control Panel is white got to the next step
- Double click Internet Optons
- Click the Connections tab
- Click in the circle next to 'Always dial my default connection'
- Click OK at the bottom and close the Control Panel
- Open your Internet Explorer and the Connect To screen should open
